Rates by Service

• 60-90 Minute Intake Assessment is $160.
• 55 Minute Individual Session is $125 per session
• Specialty Groups are $50 per group (Sold as a package for 8-week group).
• Process Groups are $40 per session
• Parent Coaching $100 per 45 minute session. Not reimbursable by insurance. HSA accepted.

 DBT Skills Group

• 90+ Minute Intake Assessment is $160
• DBT Skills Group is $75 per 90 minute group session. DBT Group includes Linehan Handouts Manual.
• DBT Skills Group is 24 weeks, Not reimbursable by insurance. 
• DBT Skills Group for Partners and Family is $60 per 75 minute group and runs for 8 weeks. This includes DBT Handouts Manual.

Insurance

We accept Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United/Optum and Aetna insurance.

We also offer self-pay, and we are happy to provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement in accordance with your policy for out-of-network benefits.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your out of network costs:

• Does my plan have an “out-of-network” benefit for Outpatient mental health services?
• What percentage of my services are covered under my plan?
• Do I have a deductible and will my services be applied to my deductible?
• Where should I email or mail copies of my Superbill for reimbursement?

Patients are responsible for all services rendered by their Indy Women’s Counseling therapist.

Payment

We accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA, FSA, and checks. We do not accept cash or keep cash on the premises. For self-pay services, cards are charged day of service. You must keep an active card on file for billing purposes and will be charged within 24-48 hours of your service.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend an Individual therapy session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. Specialty groups are sold in packages and you are responsible for the total cost of the package, even if you have to miss a session. This is done to keep group sizes small and intimate.
