 Accepting New Clients!

I believe that our past experiences, relationships, culture, and life transitions shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. In therapy, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore how these experiences show up in your life today and make sense of patterns that may feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to break.

I work with women navigating anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, questions around identity, and difficulties with restorative sleep. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Sessions often focus on understanding emotions, learning how to sit with discomfort, finding balance, and making intentional choices more aligned to your values.

As a South Asian therapist, I am especially passionate about supporting women from diverse and marginalized communities. I recognize that each woman carries her own cultural background, family story, and lived experiences that shape how she moves through the world. My hope is to help reduce stigma around mental health and create a space where you can openly explore cultural expectations, family dynamics, and emotional experiences that may not always be talked about. My goal is for you to feel seen, respected, and supported.

Therapy with me is thoughtful, warm, and collaborative. You can expect meaningful conversations, reflection, and a space where you feel comfortable showing up as you are.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my cat, Barry, getting outdoors, and relaxing with a good movie. I value balance and believe mental health is nurtured not only in therapy, but through everyday moments of rest, connection, and enjoyment.

If you’re feeling ready to explore your story and take gentle steps towards your authentic self, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
