I believe that our past experiences, relationships, culture, and life transitions shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. In therapy, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore how these experiences show up in your life today and make sense of patterns that may feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to break.
I work with women navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and questions around identity. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Sessions often focus on understanding emotions, learning how to sit with discomfort, finding balance, and developing healthier ways of responding to stress and relationships.
As a South Asian therapist, I am especially passionate about supporting women from South Asian and other marginalized communities. I hope to help break stigma around mental health within our cultures and create a space where you can openly explore cultural expectations, family dynamics, and emotional experiences that may not always be talked about. My goal is for you to feel seen, respected, and supported.
Therapy with me is thoughtful, warm, and collaborative. You can expect meaningful conversations, reflection, and a space where you feel comfortable showing up as you are.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my cat, Barry, getting outdoors and hiking, and relaxing with a good movie. I value balance and believe mental health is nurtured not only in therapy, but through everyday moments of rest, connection, and enjoyment.
If you’re feeling ready to explore your story and take steps toward feeling more grounded and connected, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
