 Accepting New Clients!

If you’re reading this, you should be so proud of yourself! It takes a lot of courage to take this step and ask for help. I’m so glad you’re here!

I believe you are the expert of your own life. That being said, I take a collaborative, human-first approach to therapy. I want to walk alongside you and give you the tools you need to gain peace and acceptance for your reality.

Some areas I specialize in are mood disorders, perinatal and reproductive health. Whether you’re experiencing fertility challenges, expecting, dealing with loss/grief during pregnancy, birthing trauma or postpartum, I want to meet you exactly where you are in your journey.  As a therapist and mother, I know how important the prenatal and postpartum periods are in determining physical and mental health.

I also have a passion for working with people recovering from eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image issues. I have experience helping individuals manage their anxiety around food, learn assertive communication skills, increase self-esteem, and better their relationship with their bodies. I understand that food is not always the primary issue, and health can be achieved at all sizes.

Therapists are not ‘one-size-fits-all’; your treatment shouldn’t be either. I use various modalities in my work with clients including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, Feminist Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My superpower is supporting women in their journey towards body neutrality, peace of mind, and a life worth living.

In my free time, you can find me at my local farmers market with my three kiddos and husband, buying all the sweet treats and fresh produce. You might also find me snuggled up reading a book during a toddler’s nap time. I’m looking forward to fall days with my family; watching football, playing in the leaves, and cooking soup in the crock pot.
