Women are often taught to be resilient, accommodating, and strong — sometimes at the expense of their own needs.
You may be the one others rely on, yet privately struggle with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or the lingering impact of past trauma. Therapy can be a powerful space to reclaim your voice, your boundaries, and your sense of self.
I work with women of all ages who are ready to move beyond survival mode and into intentional, grounded living. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating overwhelming anxiety, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer reflect who you are, our work will focus on helping you reconnect with your inner clarity and strength — at a pace that feels respectful, collaborative, and right for you.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, grounded in reflective, thoughtful conversations that build emotional awareness and self-understanding. Together, we will develop practical tools to manage emotions and daily stressors, while also slowing down to explore the deeper experiences, relationships, and internal narratives that have shaped how you move through the world. Insight creates awareness — and awareness creates choice.
I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel genuinely supported, while also being invited into honest, growth-oriented conversations. Empowerment in therapy doesn’t mean pushing — it means learning to trust yourself, build emotional literacy, and make aligned decisions with confidence and self-respect.
During my free time, I enjoy hiking, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and playing with my pets — two cats and a dog. That said, you’ll most often find me curled up on the couch with a good book, surrounded by my pets.
