Accepting New Clients!

Whether you’re new to therapy or someone who has experience, I’m happy you’re here!

Therapy can be intense, hard work, and a little scary. To walk alongside you and create a safe space during this journey would be a privilege. My one goal in life is to help others feel more comfortable with themselves and what they are going through or have been through. There is no shame or judgement that exists in my office!

I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and older adults who struggle in a variety of ways. I have worked at different levels of care, including outpatient and residential. My past includes helping those who struggle with addiction and eating disorders, along with anxiety, depression, grief, and many other areas. I am trained in trauma and am a big believer in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), but this doesn’t mean that it is a one size fits all for every client.

I believe therapy is incredibly individualized, and I will include components of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Basically, it all comes down to you and what your needs are.

During my free time, I love to hangout with my two cats, Toast and Cheese. I am extremely passionate about animals and have worked in the animal welfare field as well. I also enjoy putting together Legos and watching scary movies. My dream is to open my own animal sanctuary and combine my two passions; animals and social work.

I cannot wait to meet you!
