   Accepting New Clients!

Taking the leap into therapy can be intimidating, and I am here to make it less so.  So what have you been dealing with?  Maybe as a new parent, you have been struggling with feeling isolated and like no one gets what you're going through. Everyone else makes it look so easy, but for you it is a constant struggle. Maybe you've been having panic attacks that make you feel like you're having a heart attack.  You might be moving through life terrified about when the next one will hit you.  Perhaps you are struggling to make decisions.  You might find that you always feel like you're going to make the wrong choice and get stuck in analysis paralysis all of the time.

These are just a few of the problems I help clients navigate through.  With that, I am definitely ready to help you start to escape the cycle you're stuck in!I believe that we can find the solution to all of our problems when we learn to get out of our own way. I use a mixture of dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, I-CBT, and neuroscience to help support you meeting your mental health goals. I find that a "one size fits all" approach to therapy is not effective. By utilizing different approaches, I can meet you where you need to be instead of following a rigid system. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be.  I have the necessary tools to adapt to your specific needs.  We work at your pace. While we do not need to rehash every trauma you have faced to begin healing, I do have the skillset to effectively address trauma when you are ready.

Outside of work I love playing and coaching soccer, rescuing dachshunds, and spending time with my family. I am passionate about life and everything I do. I hope to take on this journey with you! 
