We provide a safe, non-judgemental, affirming space to meet with your therapist for individual sessions, groups for connection and community, groups for a special topic, like love addiction or postpartum depression, or to learn new skills to improve how you interact in the world, like a DBT group. Or you may want to get comfortable in your body again and begin self-care by attending a trauma-informed yoga or dance class or heal through creativity and art.
